Return & Exchanges


We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have received your order and feel that it is not quite right for you for any reason. You can easily return them using the following criteria   


  • We will only accept items that have been bought in-store at HI Finest Kaneohe or on our online website Orders bought from different locations cannot be returned or exchanged at our Kaneohe location.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase or reception of online ordered items.
  • We can only accept your return if the goods are resaleable with original tags.  Products considered “resaleable” have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unperfumed, etc. 
  • Please note, we do not refund shipping charges and import fees.
  • We suggest that you have return package(s) insured and with signature requirement to avoid any loss as we cannot be liable for any lost packages.
  • Reduced price merchandise or sale items are FINAL SALES. We do not allow returns or exchanges for these items.



  • If you wish to make an exchange for a different size or style, and to ensure we have the item you wish for is in stock, may we suggest to create another online order, and we will process your exchange and refund for your previous order separately upon the receipt of the return of the merchandise back to us.
